Hi! I’m Jess!

I’m the person behind o2bWhimsy! I’ve worked as an artist over the last few decades and have used many names for my work before finally settling on o2bWhimsy! So in many photos you may see stitched by Whimsy, whimsy studios photography, the enchanted artist…they are all me. I really struggled with finding a name that felt like it fit!

I currently reside in Lakeville MA with my husband, three boys, handful of chickens, rabbit, cats and dog. I have a BS degree in studio art with concentrations in ceramics, textiles drawing and painting. I have also studied at a graduate level 2d and stop motion animation, illustration, and elementary education.I’m currently working at earning my masters degree in clinical mental health counseling with the plans to add art therapy to my provided services. 

I love the process of making art and love to encourage others to find the joy in the process of creating art as well.
